Description:

Strongly fragrant when in flower, this semi-evergreen Viburnum is a medium sized, quite fast growing shrub. Easy to recognise by its dark green, relatively glossy foliage. It can bloom from January onwards, depending on position (earliest flowering occurs if planted by a south facing wall). It is very adaptable to urban conditions; air pollution, heat and drought. Can be used as a formal or informal hedge, on a border, an entranceway, as a specimen, or group planting shrub.
