Pyrus amygdaloformis - Almond-leafed Pear

  • Pyrus amygdaloformis is a slender, upright deciduous shrub - or small tree with narrow, elongated, silvery foliage. Clusters of white, scented flowers bloom in the spring and are followed by small pears that when mature turn yellow. The fruits have a reasonable flavour when ripe in the Autumn. Easy to grow. For optimum growth, the Almond-leafed Pear is best to be planted where it will receive full sun.

  • We have excellent quality, 20-25cm tall plants to offer.
