Ugni candollei is a rare, small, fruiting evergreen shrub from Chile, reaching a maximum height of 60-80cm. It produces pretty white flowers which are followed by edible, pink or light orange coloured fruits. (Note the difference from the red fruited U. molinae)
We have excellent quality, 6-8cm tall seedlings on offer.
The intended main use of this plant is to grow food for human consumption. We always recommend further research to learn the different ways in which the food source can be prepared and consumed.
