How to redeem the Gift Voucher: -

At Jurassicplants we accept gift vouchers as payment for your orders via email or phone. Please note, our website does not accept voucher codes as of yet.

1. Browse our website and make note of the product name and their quantities.

2. Call us on 07909100255 or e-mail us at hello@jurassicplants.co.uk to place your order and let us know that you wish to pay with a gift voucher. Simply tell us the unique code (found on front of voucher) and invoice number (found on the back of voucher).

(Do not worry if the order is more than the face value of the voucher as we can easily send an invoice or a PayPal money request for the remaining balance)

Terms and Conditions of the voucher:

* To be used within a year of purchase.

* Please do not share your voucher code with anyone else as it is unique to you.

* Can be used for a complete order including postage and packaging.

* If the order is more than the face value of the voucher, another method of payment will be needed (Card, Pay Pal, Cheque).

* Please try to use all value of your voucher as we cannot give a refund. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
