The dispatch of orders will usually take place 1-2 working days after the transaction has been completed. We acknowledge the completion of all transactions via e-mail.
We are happy to confirm that our tracked Royal Mail shipping is exactly the same flat rate £6.50 on any sized order to any UK location, including Highlands & Islands (with DPD, some remote postcodes attract a higher cost but you will always have the option to pick Royal Mail).
Rarely, we may have to delay the dispatch of our plants for example as a result of extreme weather conditions, such as snow or strike days, (we may use DPD instead at no extra cost to you). Orders completed just before Bank Holiday periods may be posted from the first working day afterwards, to avoid extra transit time.
Depending on the size of your order or item and where you are located, we use Royal Mail's fully tracked 24h/48h service as well as DPD Next Day to send your parcel. Please expect some delay around Bank Holidays.
When sending plants, it is extremely important to pack them as securely as possible, therefore we don't use stuffing. Instead, we have developed a unique packaging method which makes plant movement virtually impossible in the parcel. Each pot is wrapped; therefore, the compost is securely locked during transit and the roots won't be disturbed. Your item will arrive in perfect condition to your door.
Please ensure that all of your address details are correct when placing an order. Within this information, please include a safe location where the plants can be left if you are unavailable to receive the order personally. However, only include this information if there is such a location.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products once they have been dispatched and delivered in adherence to an address and delivery instructions given.
If you opt for local collection, please indicate at the checkout or by email, when you would like to pick up. Your order is ready for collection by midday of the first working day after your order was placed. We are open for collection 8am to 5pm on weekdays and by appointment on Saturday.

It is important to us to care about the environment, so our plants are grown in reusable plastic pots, and we pack our plants in recyclable cardboard boxes.
