Rarely offered, elegant shrub from the Myrtle Family, native in Chile where it grows on lakesides and riverbanks. Beautiful white pom-pom flowers appear from mid Summer, followed by small edible fruits, maturing to red. Up to 2m tall, well branched, prefers a slightly acidic soil. A lovely addition to any edible patio garden or border.
