Every garden deserves this stunning evergreen, the wonderful Japanese Cedar. As a relatively slow-growing conifer, Cryptomeria japonica can be planted in most small gardens with little need to worry about size. It can also make a great bonsai with it being easily pruned. If planted together with other Cryptomeria's or conifers it will give a sparkling winter display with its foliage which turns a little bronze for the cold season. The leaves are spirally arranged and the older specimens feature tan-coloured trunks which exfoliate in strips. Spherical cones are found clustered on the ends of the shoot tips.
- We have excellent quality, 15-20cm tall starter plants on offer.
