Caryopteris incana is a marvellous small deciduous shrub that is known well for its long season of interest. Fragrant, violet-blue flowers bloom from midsummer to early autumn adding a splash of colour to your garden. It’s small, ovate, aromatic leaves contrast beautifully against its vibrant flowers. The Bluebeard is a brilliant addition for most sunny gardens, it can be suitable for those with smaller spaces to fill as it can be grown in containers or within a border. Loved by not only us but by the bees and the butterflies too!
