Nyssa sylvatica is a majestic tree from North America with beautiful, leathery leaves that turn a stunning orange and red in the Autumn. The Black Tupelo can be grown on any good soil and neutral pH. The flowers are small, with a creamy colour but the edible raw or processed dark blue fruits have an ornamental value. Fully hardy in Britain, it can be grown in a pot and tolerates atmospheric pollution.
- We have excellent quality, 15-20cm tall plants on offer.
