Clematis montana originates from China and is a fast growing, deciduous climber that is great for growing along hedges, through trees or up houses. During mid-late Spring, flowers made up of 4 dusty pink petals and golden-yellow stamens are produced. The beautiful, dainty flowers can reach up to 7.5cm in width, surrounded by leaves that consist of 3 leaflets. The Pink Clematis is best positioned where it will reach full sun as well as partial shade. It is known to be tolerant to a heavy frost, hardy to -25c.
