- These flowers contrast beautifully against their dark green leaves and polished spherical ruby red berries.

Easy to grow due to several factors; they are somewhat drought tolerant, resilient to shade and hardy to -20°C. Fairly low growing with a maximum height of 3ft. It can be used for groundcover or low hedges when established.
