Acer carpinifolium - Hornbeam Maple

  • This is a fantastic, underrated plant with beautifully shaped leaves, featuring fishbone-like veins. The foliage readily turns yellow in Autumn. This plant is even great to have on the patio, branching out freely but growing relatively slowly. Fully hardy, its brown leaves remain on the branches in Winter and drop early Spring. Excellent quality, 10-15cm tall starter plant in a 7cm square pot.
